Our goal at Sullivan’s is for you to love every piece you order but we know that returns happen. So we hope this makes it a simple process for you.

What is your Return Policy?

We accept returns or exchanges on unworn items in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, tags attached and shoes must be in original shoe boxes) within 10 days of fulfillment, for store credit or refund. Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange. Seasonal Items are ALL Final Sale and are not eligible for return.

All returned items must be in new and unused condition with original tags and/or packaging intact. Items must be free of perfume, animal shedding, odors, stains, and cigarette smoke. Shoes can only be returned if in the original box with no wear and tear.

Exchanges & Returns

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please notify our customer service department within 3 days of receiving your order. We ask that you please include photos of any damage to expedite the process. We do our very best to accurately depict the correct colors of our clothing but colors may vary due to photography lenses and lighting. These situations do not qualify for defects but you most certainly can still return them.
