Standard Shipping
Most of our products ship at a $10 flat rate fee. Items that are oversized or heavy will incur additional shipping costs. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email. Should you need expedited processing or shipping, inform us at your earliest convenience. We will strive to meet your needs and dispatch your order quickly.
Free Shipping
If for any reason you need to return an item that had free shipping, the refund you receive will be for the item price minus our standard shipping cost.
Expected Delivery Times
Our goal is to get your package out within three business days. If it’s in stock, it will ship within this time frame. Please let us know if you have any questions about your shipment.
Order Tracking
Once your order is processed, a tracking number will be assigned to your package and you will receive an email notification that your package has been sent. The email will include the tracking number for reference. If your package requires separate packaging, tracking numbers will be assigned to each individual shipment and you will receive notice and tracking numbers as each package is sent.
Shipping Surcharges
Shipping surcharges may apply to certain oversized items or inventory that requires special packaging. We will contact you directly if surcharges apply to your order.
